You must include the following notice on any Internet page you create that includes the Link or the Link Badge: "The CyberNation of Freedom and The CyberNation of Freedom Logo are copyrighted by The CyberNation of Freedom " This Agreement gives you no rights to any intellectual property of The CyberNation of Freedom. 7. The CyberNation of Freedom RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER, MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THE CYBERNATION OF FREEDOM SITE AT ANY TIME, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. The CyberNation of Freedom MAKES NO WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS OF THE SERVICE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The CyberNation of Freedom SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR OBLIGATED IN ANY MANNER FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY SUCH CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY ACQUIRE AGAINST The CyberNation of Freedom. 8. You agree to indemnify The CyberNation of Freedom and any of its affiliates for any loss or damage (including legal fees) caused to them arising out of your use of the name "The CyberNation of Freedom,", "The Electronic CyberVillage,&quot, or "The Electronic Charity,"the Link or the Link Badge. 9. The CyberNation of Freedom reserves the right to review your use of the name "The CyberNation of Freedom,", "The Electronic CyberVillage,&quot, or "Electronic Charity,"the Link and the Link Badge, and you agree to provide The CyberNation of Freedom with unrestricted access to your site to review your use of the name "The CyberNation of Freedom," the Link or the Link Badge. The CyberNation of Freedom may at any time, and in its sole discretion, require you to discontinue your use of the name "The CyberNation of Freedom," the Link, or the Link Badge.

3. Save one of the Badges to your disk. Simply right-click on the image, then select "Save". Rename the image cyberbanner.gif or another name as you choose.

The HTML will need altering for one reason: Alter the location and name of the image file depending on which one you choose and where you store it on your server.
