Call Ur Cable Co & Cancel MTV - I did it today - no cost and no problem - cancel this sleezy crowd, your kids deserve NOT seeing the baseless filth MTV spews.

: yeah, also note once again its a jackson, with cbs as co-conspirator, shoving there valueless crap down our children's throats.

:
: : MTV's superbowl show with Janet Jackson showing her tit is the same old crap to get attention. Both MTV, and their CBS owner, are truly pathetic. boycott both!!!!!!!!!!!!!

: : mt

: :
: : : For those as OUTRAGED as us:

: : : As reported by the New York Times on December 31, 2003, "Michael Jackson struck a deal with CBS to be paid in effect an additional $1 million for both an entertainment special to be broadcast Friday and his interview on 60 Minutes this past Sunday, part of a yearlong negotiations between CBS and Jackson, a business partner of his said Tuesday."

: : : Whether he was paid this additional money or not is irrelevant. BOTH the 60 Minutes interview and the special were aired! (For an ACCUSED CHILD MOLESTER no less.) SHAME ON CBS for pandering to such a person and profiting off of him.

: : : We have no idea whether Mr. Jackson is guilty or not, but the RIGHT thing would have been for CBS to wait for Mr. Jackson to be acquitted of the charges and then air such programming at that time. But CBS knew that if Mr. Jackson were found to be guilty they could never show the interview or special...and they would have to forgo the expected profits...so CBS went forward now. So what do we (and CBS) know about Mr. Jackson:

: : : 1. Approximately ten years ago he was accused of similar child molestation charges, but the accuser eventually dropped the charges (based on a rumored $25 million payoff to the accuser in exchange for dropping said charges).

: : : 2. Mr. Jackson, at least twice on television interviews, has admitted he sleeps with children that are not of his family and he condones the practice. Although he claims it is "non-sexual". At the very best, this is reckless child endangerment. Do you know anyone in their right mind that would allow their child to "sleep" with this man, or any other man outside of their immediate family???

: : : 3. We saw, again on television video footage, Mr. Jackson dangle his infant child from a 5-story balcony in Berlin - RECKLESS child endangerment once again!

: : : 4. And now Mr. Jackson has been charged and arrested in December 2003 for child molestation again, and the Santa Barbara DA claims to have the evidence to back the charges.

: : : Where there is smoke, more often than not there is fire. Yet even in light of all these WARNING smoke signals, CBS went ahead and panderer, profited, and maybe even paid this accused child molester additional money for a 60 Minutes interview. Who will CBS be interviewing next to hear their side of the story...the Green River Serial Killer? Charles Manson? Saddam Hussein? Chemical Ali?????

: : : Our October 18, 2001 boycott of CNN, who planned to conduct an interview with Osama bin Laden at the time, succeeded in helping to spur CNN to drop the planned interview. We now call upon you, our friends and visitors, to join a PERMANENT BOYCOTT of CBS. CBS certainly has the right to engage in such dubious activity, but we in turn also have a right...and that is to walk with our feet, or in this case our remote controls, AWAY FROM CBS, THEIR SPONSORS AND THEIR ADVERTISERS. Goodbye CBS...FOREVER!
