Why not just use this chance to make things better. Come in 5 minutes early! Do your job with a smile. Make them know by your actions that you are not a deadbeet. I think you will feel more satisfied to see their faces when you are there for three months with not on tardiness, Make it a goal to your self to be more punctual than any one on the payrole!!! In life there are always tests. This may be one of them.
