A little advice friend - boycotts are a legitimate approach to end questionable practices that one or many may disagree with - the original American Patriots used this procedure against British tea, a la the Boston Tea Party, to end illegitimate taxation. More recently, Bill O'Reilly of the O'Reilly Factor launched a public boycott of Pepsi when he heard that Ludikrus was to be there new poster boy (check his lyrics if you wonder why). Pepsi buckled within two days time and cancelled Ludikrus. As far as the Cybernation boycott of CNN over a plan to interview Bin Laden, CNN scuttled that idea as well...based on a number of groups that spoke out.

So if you don't like boycotts, don't sweat it bro...just boycott those that do boycott. Now that will be a real boycott!

: I've been reading this message board, and I have to say that your insistance on boycotting EVERY major company in the industrialised world is becoming increasingly boring.

: Boycott the news networks for wanting to broadcast an Osama bin Laden interview ... Why? What exactly does that achieve except to create a nation full of MORONS. No new networks ... NO NEWS. Now, I don't like the multinational corporate world of the Media anymore than a lot of you I'm sure, but lets face it, its a real necessity.

: MTV - boycott them because Janet Jackson showed her breast. I've already stated my views on that one. BIG DEAL.

: Why don't you all stop trying to live in a fantasy land? Soon enough you would realise that all the things that you want to boycott or stop or anything else are as essential to life as the right to protest. I guarantee that even without every possible evil that anyone anywhere in the world could possibly conceive, whining little babies like yourselves would still find things to complain about.

: Utopia? It CAN NEVER HAPPEN
